Milt my offer for commission was based on information at hand. The information was not true, he was deceitful with me. I feel no real obligation to pay the full commission considering the circumstances. I also have no firm contract with the realtor, purely a verbal agreement, again, based on false pretenses.
I see where you coming from with the number flop Milt. I might offer the realtor that.
