I would say you have done what you should have done--notify Wayne with a sample of the PM's. I'm sure Wayne will reply to you in due course. Leagal action is your own choice, naturally, so do what you feel you need to do. I applaud your restraint in naming names and appreciate your notifying the members that this type of harassment does go on. IMO, you've taken the first steps in the right direction, now it's time to see what changes come about before your next move.
