That looks like what the used automobile industry calls a "cream puff." Very nice. I don't have answers for you except to agree that 911s make nice family cars
and I doubt that rear seat belts would be difficult to install. Typically, rear seat belts are easy to find, used in good condition, cheap. For most of us, they are useless and all "track cars" have had them removed, for the most part.
