one other thing i learned from fuel safe is that the "seal" in the bladder is that exerior yellow material. there is nothing on the inside that seals. if you start to see little cracks on the outside of the cell bladder, issues are not far behind (see pic).
still amazes me that water is such a killer to these things (and in my case, inside and out)
