As Cgarr said, hell is the absence of god's presence, or being isolated from him.
Take my word for it, God's presence in the afterlife in not something you want to be without. BTDT.
We are not supposed to understand exactly what the kingdom of God is all about but we are supposed to know how to end up there. It isn't that hard.

Some observations:
Non-believers do not appear insecure or threatened by religion. There is however, a lot of fun in seeing believers try to explain and justify their beliefs.
To date neither proof of the existence of God nor of an afterlife has been forthcoming, if you have something to add to the "evidence" the existense of God thread is still open.
If you don't know what the kingdom of god is about how do you know you want to end up there or that you have the guidelines to get there?
