I want answers about race!

Are we ever going to have a BLACK government official/politician with enough balls (boobs?) to speak the truth about the likes of Louis Farrakhan, Jessie Jackson, Al Sharpton, et al …and confess to us the REAL Black experience?

I pose the question now, because of the B. Obama candidacy. I have to admit, (conservative that I am) before I ever heard him speak, knew his stance on the issues, started hearing about his wife/associates, etc. …I had HOPE for the man! Hope that he (or some African American) could rise above this never ending ‘myth’ of modern black suppression and help heal this long overdue division. Turns out, he isn’t the one and maybe there never WILL be one. Where the he11 are the Bill Cosby types in politics???

OK, take your shots at the following:

EVERYONE (skin color not withstanding), all citizens of the U.S. of A. had some relatives/ancestors that went through hardships (or perhaps even died) to make this county what it is …from the Revolutionary War, Civil War, World Wars, legal immigrants, etc. And yes, the slave trade HAPPENED! Regrettable …but guess what, YOU were NEVER a slave! I never OWNED a slave! Are we EVER going to get past that???

I am fortunate that some of my ancestors died to make America what it is.
You (blacks) are fortunate that your ancestors were brought here and you are now U.S. citizens and they helped make America what it is also. We ALL are here because we stand on the shoulders of others.

Please enlighten me (us) as to why …if this country is such a terrible place to live …every suppressed Black citizen, that is being put down/held back by the ‘cracker/whitey’ isn’t scrambling to get a plane/boat ticket and get the
he11 out and return to the PARADISE that is offered by the lovely governments of Africa, Zambia, Congo, Ethiopia, Kenya, Nigeria, etc.???

Well, gee, when it comes down to that, we really all know the answer don’t we?

Now at what point will the black community’s begin to listen to the likes of real men like Cosby? At what point will these black men/women step up? They must be out there.

We ‘crackers’ sure HOPE it happens soon.
