Some very astute energy analysts have said that the world has reached PEAK OIL PRODUCTION. All the easy to get cheap to produce Oil is now outa the ground or is soon to be. That means that everyday that passes a barrel of oil will be harder and more costly to produce. At this moment in history there IS NOT another source of energy available to go online that can even match THE Oil as an energy source.

That means that the World for the foreseeable future is going to be addicted to the black stuff. NO WAY AROUND IT>

So in light of that the USA has gone into the country with the mostest left in the ground. IRAQ....the USA is securing the worlds energy source of choice for itself and its friends. So that this global economy which delivers such wonder amenities as refrigeration and electric light will be sustainable into the future.

Mankind is finally reaching the limits of what this planet will sustain in the way of raping the land for its resources. Going forward commodities such as food and energy will become increasingily difficult to get. The reason is that mans population has exploded in the last 60 years going from 3 Billion people in 1962 to 6.5 Billion people in 2008, with a projected population of 11 Billion in 2050. At some point the planet will become exhausted at supporting so many people and mass starvation, lack of potable water, and diease will decimate that population. Man at this moment is at the zeinith of his arc. Never beofre and never after...will man have such abundence.

PS. While the USA cannot determine the outcome of many of its military adventures, it does have the ability of making sure that anybody who oposes her will be left with scorched earth as an outcome of that oposition.

The US military supreamacy is after all good for somthing...
