If anyone out there is so stupid as to buy a used helmet, why not spare yourself the trouble and expense of crashing your motorcycle in order to find out if it's junk or not and just bash your own skull in with a sledgehammer instead. Easier, cheaper, simpler.

Anyone who buys/rides a used helmet is an absolute idiot. I have no, zip, zero respect for them.

Got a "cheap/discount" brain? Fine. Use a "cheap/discount" helmet then. A used helmet is worse. How do you know if it's ever been crashed or the protective material has been compromised? You don't. Until you crash and end up a vegetable.
