My route home from work goes right through downtown Long Beach on 6th street east to 7th street east to the 22 fwy.
6th street near the 710 is a cesspool, 7th street near temple isn't much better.
I drive by and look at these people hanging out on the street and shake my head in disbelief.
Things that you would expect to only see on a cheesy television show. Stereotypes are alive but not well.
I won't drive that route after dark.

Parts of LA are worse but I never go there unless I absolutely have to.
