Now on with the drivers side.... This was easier as the vertical support was fine and I was able to reuse the leading edge of the fender where it wraps into the door jamb. As I mentioned, that was a problem area on the passenger side. The black areas are being treated with rust encapsulator and were eventually cleaned to shiny metal.





All the panels were zinc coated inside and out. Also, I had to completely remake the area between the jack post and the vertical support. It was off by about an inch!
