This is a 1978 911 SC rolling chassis, in Mexico Blue, it was a project of mine, I was going to drop a 3.2l Carrera engine into it, but when money gets tight, the first thing to go are the toys, and as much as I hate to admit that a project 911 is one of life’s necessities, it’s going to have to go. It’s got a Carrera brake upgrade, H4s, 16x7” and 16x8” MSW wheels, rear wheel spacers (not sure of the size, but it brings the wheels flush with the fender, it looks great) and steel braided brake lines, and, as I’m sure you can see, a Turbo Tail, it’s a fiberglass replica though. There is a little bit of weakness in the front pan, nothing major, but other than that it’s in great shape. It has a tan interior, I was in the middle of putting the interior in, so not all the bits of carpet are glued in, and the driver’s door card isn’t on all the way, and the passenger door card isn’t on, but those will come with the car. The driver’s seats that will most likely be included with the car aren’t tan, they are early sport seats, I have a set of tan seats in a parts car, but the bolts are badly stripped, so if I can manage to get the bolts undone before someone buys it, I can include the tan seats instead of the sport seats, if the buyer wants. I’m asking $5,000.
I also have a 3.2l from an ’89 Carrera for sale, it has 110k miles on it, it hasn’t ever been opened up, but before it was pulled from the car it ran fantastically, not a single problem, no strange rattles, smooth power delivery, on warm days it didn’t even smoke when it was started, when I started it in the dead of winter it smoked a bit, but nothing more than normal 911 cold start smoke. I’m asking $7,000 (+ shipping) for engine, DME harness, fuel injection bits, distributor, and so on.
And a 915 trans from a (different) 78 SC, I never drove this trans personally, but I was told it was in great shape, and it appears to not have any problems. I’m asking $1,000 (+ shipping) for this.
I also have a bunch of other bits for sale, I have a driver’s side fender and door, H5s from an ’89 911, a hood, a rear deck lid, a black interior/rear seats, black and gray sport seats, Carrera sway bars, bumpers, a bunch of other bits, just let me know, and I’ll let you know if I have it (for reference, I have an 89 Carrera parts car with body damage on the right side. Just about everything is there. Just send me offers for those bits, I don’t feel like making a price list for every last screw.
I also have a G50 (serial number: G5001 1 K 0268, which means a US spec, open dif, 5 speed) from the 89 Carrera, and the swap parts for that, but I have someone that is interested in it already, so unless someone offers $2400 (+ shipping) or more for it, this is a placeholder if that sale falls through.

The 78 SC may be off the market, I might be keeping that until I can do a proper restoration with a 3.3 turbo powerplant... Ah dreams... But that means all the unnecessary parts will be for sale, the sport seats, the tan 8-way power seats from the Carrera, the tan rear seat backs, the MSW mesh wheels, and maybe a few other little bits that I haven't quite thought of yet, so feel free to send me offers for those bits.
I also dropped the price for the engine/harness/etc to $7000 plus shipping. I need this gone and I need to make room for a car that has it's engine attached to it... Come on, I'm gonna be practical, I'm even considering a Honda *cough*S2000*cough*, so let me know.
