All of the injectors fire at the same time, and for the same duration, they are actually all wired together at the brain in parallel to each other. A couple ways to end up with too much fuel are;
Bad injector stuck on.
Bad LH brain stuck on.
Bad sensor input to the brain telling it to run richer than it should.
Too much fuel in the engine can cause some serious trouble, so I would approach this with caution.
