Come on guy's.... There are things that can be done to increase hp without the use of dyno. That's the point I was trying to make. But we just need a little more info to make a proper recomendation. On a sound motor, a simple free flow muffle can enhance performance. (It may screw up your fuel injection or emissions system) But There are things that are proven consistant. Then we could always install a holy water injection.
