Have you ever been to Washington? Seen all those fancy buildings with plaques in front that say "Department of ...."? The people that work in those buildings kinda have something to do with all the stuff on that list as well.

Since you already admitted you don't know anything about politics, repeating things you find on the internet "reported to have been written" doesn't lend credibility to your case.
