Nothing worse than a thief. Well...perhaps sexual offenders & murderers, but thieves are right up there.
I bought a house in a crack neighborhood thinking I would clean up the block. I did it, but it took a long time. Picked me and my neighbors clean. I hate crack-heads more than anything. These dirty scumbags are like fleas on a dog. Squash one and ten more pop up. They will tell you ANY sob story in an attempt to gain your sympathy. I learned to have no mercy and didn't fall for their BS.
