I'm not aware of an article describing how replace the FI with a Dell Orto or Weber Dual carb setup. (some people might say that there should't be such an article, since way to many owners remove the FI system - like the PO for my car
)

In general I think removing the FI and installing the manifolds is pretty straight forward. The difficult part is the tuning and syncronizing part of the whole deal...
... but for that there is literatur available.
