kang - I'll share a little story of what happened on a morning drive two weekends back. I sent this to a friend in an e-mail, so it's cut & paste:
"Speaking of which, did I tell you my windows failed on the last breakfast drive? Turns out the fuse blew out, but I before I found this out, I drove the car for around for around 2 hours with the windows down. Try that at 240kph… It SUCKS! I ended up tearing up some duct tape I had holding the control panel together and taping my ears down, and even then I felt like my head had just been stuck in a turbine for 2 hours."

Tom W - Thanks, I feel your pain if your highway cruises are anything like my last experience, ha ha. Yes, the engine and tranny mounts are solid...
I'll be testing the car in its final form with the stripped interior, if the decibel meter is peeking anywhere near 100 dba at cruise with the windows up, I am going to consider Dynamat and some carpeting.
