Am in New Delhi India now and I used to think that the locals could take this crap (no pun intended... yea right) then was in a local pharmacy here and a woman came in, bought 5 boxes of Cypro after being told by the people there that it was the only thing that would stop the runs. Yes, the locals get them just like we do, only not as often.

I walked out of the place with my nexium, happy in the knowledge that I already had a dose of Cypro in my bag in the hotel if ever needed!
