Nobody asks what happens with the money from the oil being pumped up, but i assure you the money is not used to upgrade the country to a better level..
Nobody cares about that, as long as the fuel stays under 2 bucks a Gallon.
Nobody at Shell cares either, they'll make a deal with whoever is in charge..
