$25k, I'm glad I DIY! Of course, I'm glad until I remember that I have about 3400 sq ft worth of wood, tile, and carpet to lay in our new (to us) house. $hit...............
Hugh, make sure you throw up some after pics. Looks like you found a good contractor, they care enough to hang plastic during demo on the tile. I joke about the price, but it's worth it. Tile and hardwood are a great investment. Carpet is like a new car, you know you'll be replacing it before too long.
