Not at all familiar with Rolex's, but I'll venture a guess.
The right watch in the three array or the same watch in the vertical array at the bottom doesn't have the same winder as the left and middle watches.
Also the printing of the word Rolex is slightly different; the legs of the X are printed light and heavy. The x of the right watch is printed equally heavy for both legs.
I'm guessing the winder is the most obvious clue.
The right is the fake.
I am familiar with the distintive motion of the sweep second hand that seems to move in quarter second steps, rather than a continuous motion or in steps of one second.
