I've seen the FEMA trial aerial images on the off-gassing of the insulation story.
The ones shown at the top of this page is what Germany has developed, they look like International Shipping containers which are used as housing in many parts of the world. For instance the huge earthquake which nearly destroyed Armenia in 1988 has left people still living in those temporary housing structures to this day.
