Where did you find that ref.? My list(s) only shows:

I see no case ref. for "31"
The "23" indicates (2) engine-turned bezel & (3) two-tone (stainless/gold)... <-(
note: cancel that...those numbers are for 5-digit case refs...)
Only other reference I could find was a two-tone AirKing produced briefly in the 70's...
