The felony threshold isn't what you need to worry about. Here in Minnesota the threshold is something like an ounce or two. What you need to worry about are the charging guidelines, specifically what gets you from state court into federal DEA territory. I don't know what it is specifically, but growing or holding more than one person can use, or having a lot of money, or being caught selling any amount will get you felony charges as a dealer.
