I make a Lemon Meringue pie that is to die for. Almost none of you have ever had a good one but if you have, then you know what I mean. Tishabet has apparently had a good one. And just so you know, if the pie filling is creamy-looking and the pie stands up on the plate, it's not a good one. The filling should be yellow/clear, and the pie should fall.
