You guys are a real piece of work. Especially you in this case Markus. You're a doctor, you KNOW what he is about to go through and you still don't have the grace to stuff a sock in it? C'mon.
A man has a probable fatal brain tumor and not only do you guys have nothing good to say (mom said you should say nothing at all) but you want to gloat over his misfortune?
He served his country in the Senate for decades and whether you happen to have agreed with his stances or not is entirely besides the point. There are LOTS of people I don't agree with especially on this board and I wouldn't wish a fatal disease on a one of them....okay, maybe on one of them, you decide which one!
The Chappaquiddick (sic?) thing? I agree, there were a lot of questions that went unanswered there and probably on the basis of his position in government and his familial ties. But I'm guessing that or somethingl ike it has happened on both sides ofthe aisle over the decades. More than a few of us think he will get his cumuppence for that in the afterlife. Most of you guys on the Right say you believe in an afterlife, don't you? Well, I'm on the left and I think they're one. At least I hope for one. So much for "compassionate" conservatives, huh?
