Doing a Google Image search for the Gruppe B script, I came upon this site.
It looks like the language is Dutch but the website has the .be that indicates Belgium (Flemish?).
Many cars with pin-up art. Not up to Vargas, but interesting nonetheless.
This is one prolific artist when a 1924 Bayliss-Thomas 9/19 HP has a spot in the gallery.
