That's a tough one, Curt. If it is truly as advertised, and was originally viper/emerald green, then this is a reasonable starting price in my opinion. This color will wow anyone, and it is a beautifully modified but unmolested S in the year that a knowledgable somone I know aptly called "the balls".
If you start with a lesser condition car, you will always want it to be nicer and will probably end up paying the same amount to make it into as nice a one as this. If it is original paint, then I suppose you could make an argument that it is too nice to drive, but these cars need to be driven often - they don't like to sit. If it's too valuable in your mind, just don't take it to the track and drive defensively - what other car as cool could you buy for 34K?
