I don't think it will matter what Obama picks, the for and against are already set.
McCain needs a younger-is there a choice-person as VP, someone that can/will be groomed to run for POTUS in four years. For that purpose I would like to see Newt. If McCain lasts four years I think he will be happy to get out, alive.
