Exactly, McCain NEEDS a respected VP that people feel will be able to take over at a moments notice. I don't think the guy from Louisana is it.
Richardson, a guy from a state of one million people, the mayors of big cities, LA, New York, Dallas etc. have more international experience than that. but since it's for Obama, go for it.
