You should have no problem getting close to 400hp or more at 14lbs boost with the right turbo.
Your engine is very similar to mine. I have not had mine dyno'ed yet but Henry Schmidt of Supertec
guided me on my 3.12 build and this was his estimate.
Early SC heads have huge intakes and valves, and the longer stroke with the SC rods using the bushings is a good thing.....SC cams also good.
Consider a turbo oil pump, and a little stiffer valve springs and titanium retainers. And a Bosch 44 fuel pump.
