Your body will use the protein to repair the torn muscle tissue, which is where you get the larger muscle from. You will soon need to buy more weights and such. I don't know if there is a sugar free Myoplex, but maybe you can just buy pure whey protein and mix it with milk, water, and a bananna for more nutrition.
