She rented a room to a law student
He put a stop payment on this Months rent check and ran up a $140 phone bill(phone was off limits), which he refuses to pay. When he refused to leave her den(off limits), she called the police. They could do nothing because she was not threatened. They knew him well and said he has had problems in several other places. We went to Civil court to file an eviction. The trial date is 6/16 and then he gets another ten days to vacate. Meanwhile he lives there free and is eating her food, etc, etc, etc... We are worried for her safety and I can't stay with her in V.A. for a Month. How can we legally get this guy out???
