That's so absurd it's funny. MORE THAN HALF of the adult population is HSV positive and fully capable of infecting partners.
Here's another gem; Let's say your new partner has HSV but is VERY careful to avoid all sexual contact when they have an outbreak. There is STILL an 85% chance you will be infected within 6 months.
