I also love my Nuvi350. My uncle bought a TomTom and had weird routing issues. I gave him my Nuvi to run side by side and see which one gave better routes. He returned the TomTom a few days later.
The only drawback I've experienced with the Nuvi (and I guess they might do a software fix) is the inability to eliminate roads under construction. You can't just let it know that I-95 is closed for 40miles or that you just don't want to take this or that highway.
