I hear ya. That was my original intention buy it while I can afford it.
Someone wise once said " what doesn't kill you makes you stronger"
someone here said something like if it wasn't a pain it wouldn't be worth it later Or something like that.
We will give it at least a year. I am less attached to this house than my other two. I have put less money in it but still a bit of sweat equity. 98 cent tile vs 5.00 travertine fancy schmancy stuff.
