Have been following this closely. Where are you located these days? I'm 1.5 hrs from Kinston and 3 hrs from VA Beach. If there's anything you need, let me know. Not cool to mess with someone's mom like this. I don't have any lead pipes but I do have a lot of rusty torsion bars. I also think you have the patience of a saint. I'd have already moved back into Mom's house and started playing death metal at volume 11 - just for starters.
