Ouch! You might as well start disassembling that wheel as that is the only way you can remove the tire from the 15" Motorsport wheels. Then be ready to re-assemble the wheels when you get a new inner and new tire. For the hex heads I use 12 ft lbs, and for the 12 pt, I use 15 ft lbs. Technically, you aren't supposed to re-use the bolts, but I do if the bolt torques down.
