I LOVE the Central Illinois Regional Airport!
Whenever I have questions like this, I just swing by the airport and ask the TSA guys. They've always been polite and courteous (the ones at BMI at least). Most of the time, it's the same guy I asked a question to that examines my bags later on. I think they appreciate me asking ahead of time rather than being shocked and angry when I've broken some new rule.
