I had a '96 Mazda B2300, which was their copy of the Ranger, IIRC. It was a capable, reliable truck, but I couldn't stand the underpowered 4 cyl. engine. If someone makes a truck with decent power that gets close to 30 mpg hwy., I would be tempted to unload my 330i for one. While at Gogar's show the other night, Charles Kieffner pointed out a Chevy Silverado in the parking lot that looked like a monster to me. But he said it gets something close to 30 mpg. Maybe I need to start looking again.
