It is real.
It is a viral piece. There are lots of Companies doing them including one I happen to have . The bike is being towed, actually it's probably on a trailer. There are so many give aways. Watch the riders body language in reference to the angle of the bike.
The easiest give away is that the camera angle is not consistent with the movement of the bike, meaning it's not hard mounted or even mounted to the bike.
Notice how the bike doesn't move when the rider jumps back on left foot first. if the bike was not supported (mounted) to something when the rider placed all his weight onto the left peg the balance of the bike would have been greatly upset and pulled violently to the left
