If what McClellan says is true (and I would not be surprised if much of it is)
I think the man has serious integrity issues going on. If what your boss says is absolute crap, putting the organization at risk, how can you possibly stand by and say/do nothing? There comes a time when you have to stand up for what is right; it appears Scotty never had the stones to do that when it counted.
