Chris, I've been parting it out. now it's a very basis long block...no fan, no dizzy, no tensioners/covers. but I can work with you on the price. have a newish flywheel, clutch and aluminum pressure plate also.

great motor for a rebuild. send me an email if you are still interested.

I also have a complete 2.7 that has a bad case (magnesium oxidized away).
