Mom has contacted his Brother or Father, not sure which. He is a lawyer and gave up no info and was not very concerned. Whomever this family member is, he is sending letters every other day. I believe parallegal work.

Friday he was in her den watching tv and I was home in NC temporarily to get my Wife. Mom called me upset that he would not leave the room and refused to return the tv remote he had been holding hostage. I told her I would return as soon as my Wife got off work. After hanging up with Mom I called the Wife and had her get off early. I called the VB Police and had them do a safety check on her.

The three police arrived and told him to give her the remote. Which he did not do. Mom said I have your mail. I will trade you for the remote, which he did after some time. Stating he wanted the mail in his hand. The police told him to take them to his bedroom, which he would not do stating "I don't feel like it and I am tired" in a ten year old winey voice. My Mom escorted the police upstairs and opened his door. They found a half gallon of urine in a milk jug, food and water, dirty clothes everywhere and all the drawers and closts open. Unfortunately there were no weapons visable. They opened the bathroom and were hit with the ongoing stinch. There was feces in the toilet and the place was a wreck. The police were pissed and told him to go flush the toilet and clean the bathroom, which he did not do. They could not make him leave the den so he stayed and they left. Mom turned off the tv with the remote and then he left. The next morning there were dirty dishes and pots and pans every where in the kitchen. He had also left his keys on the counter which ended up in a bowl of pasta sauce. The sauce and dirty dishes were placed outside his door. He spent a whole day searching for the keys before Mom asked if he checked the dishes. I had to return home today so I showed Mom how to unplug the cable tv outside the house until I can return.
