As a contrast, I had my truck in at the local Chevy dealership (Sam Leman) to have the tires rotated (I can't do it myself without a jack or air compressor

) and have a bug deflector installed.
I dropped my car off at 7:00 a.m.
At 11:30 I got a phone call that my truck was done.
"Chris, your truck is done. We replaced the front brake pads--free of charge--to fix the squealing problem. We noticed there was a service bulleting out on them. Also, we apologize but the bug deflector did not come in today. There was a miscommunication with the parts department."
When I went to pick up my truck, it had been vacuumed, washed, and waxed, also at no charge to me, as compensation for not having my bug deflector installed.
