My 60-gallon Craftsman Pro has a "Certified by DeVilbiss.....Made in U.S.A....2002" metal plaque riveted/stamped on it. It is painted over and I think it was meant for the consumer to NOT see the Devilbiss name. I bought it, I think in 2004.
Also, it has the "Made in USA" sticker.
Is this not called 'branding': you buy stuff from Manufacturer A, you and he agree that you can slap your label on it, and bingo....everyone is happy
Great news on your jack. I've had 3 die on me in less than 6 months; I was told the warranty is (I think) 30 days.
