Get the new jack from Sears, keep the box and return the old one. If they b_itch tell them to please call this 1-800 number (just make one up) I mean after all they will just make up crap too just to waste your time. What a bunch of BS. I like Sears there parking lot never has any cars in it so I park the 911 there when I go to the mall. Thanks Sears!!!!!!
