What decades were superhero comic books (like the ones pictured in the first post) most popular?
Growing up in the 70s and 80s, I don't think I knew a single kid who was into comic books. I don't think I've ever read one in my life, maybe never even really seen one in person.
That's not meant to say anything negative about comic books, it's just curious to me.
