"Say your pretty quick"
"Yeah it makes up for my bad looks, what are you doing?"
"I just saw sex in the city"
"Don't tell me you are by yourself!"
"No I'm with Lisa, we are walking into the restaurant... I'll call you later"

later that evening on voicemail:

"I tried calling you before I got drunk... I'm going to try to cross the street without killing my self... not that it would matter..." sounding angry but laughing.

I'm guessing he didn't get laid that night.
