Fear is a very effective tool. We saw it in action seven years ago, and continuously since then. It's an election year now. The Dems hope to scare you into changing leaders. The Reps hope to scare you into voting Republican. It will be a scare-fest. From the perspective of the politicians, late September will be a perfect time for a catastrophe.
